The international business of Federated Hermes is pleased to announce the appointment of Vivienne Aiyela as Head of Inclusion (based in London). Vivienne joins us from the National Emergencies Trust, where she was Head of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
In her role Vivienne will be responsible for the management and implementation of diversity and inclusion related activities across the company to build workforce capability, increase employee engagement and support the attraction, retention and development of talent. She will be responsible for further developing the processes, policies and infrastructure to support these activities and helping the firm deliver on its wide-ranging diversity and inclusion commitments.
Vivienne has over twenty years experience working across public, not-for-profit and commercial sectors working at a senior level as a Management Consultant and Business Advisor, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist.
She is Director and Advisor to the CEO of the Global Sport Digital Platform for Futsal called E-Sports Inc Ltd; Chair of the Footballer’s Anti-Discrimination Disciplinary Panel for the FA; Sport Resolutions’ Panel Member of Arbitration and Mediation; and Non-Executive Director of Football at the London FA portfolio. She is also an Advisor (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) to the Metropolitan Police Commissioner and Senior Leadership team.
